FINANCIAL guarantees business AGC Holdings, a subsidiary of Bermuda-based insurer ACE, has filed preliminary papers for a stock market flotation in the US in an offering that could fetch $100m (£56.7m).
ACE expects the initial public offering to be completed in the first half of 2004.
