Erik Lamela admitted his delight to be back on the pitch for Tottenham, following a troublesome first year at the club.
Spurs had high hopes for the forward after spending £30million on his signature, but he ended up making only three Premier League starts as the White Hart Lane club toiled to sixth place.
A back injury restricted the Argentine to just one appearance since the turn of the year, but he was back in action during Tottenham's 3-3 pre-season encounter with the Seattle Sounders.
Taking to his official Instagram account, he said: "Very happy to be back with the team, thanks to those who always believed in me!"
