Shakespeare plays a leading YouGov role

YouGov has appointed Stephan Shakespeare as joint chief executive after fellow co-founder and CEO Nadhim Zahawi was selected as a Tory candidate for Stratford-upon-Avon.

Zahawi will quit the internet polling firm if he is elected as an MP at the general election when Shakespeare, who already sits on the board and has served as joint CEO in the past, would become sole chief executive.
