Katherine Ryan leads line-up for new Alexandra Palace festival Kaleidoscope

The Flaming Lips and Mystery Jets will headline a new festival of music, theatre, comedy and the arts this summer.

Kaleidoscope will take place at Alexandra Palace and will also feature comedy from Mark Watson and Katherine Ryan a performance by Ghostpoet, DJ sets from Norman Jay and Don Letts, and punk poetry from John Cooper Clarke.

The headline acts will play on an outdoor stage in the park, while special one-off performances will take part in basement rooms at the palace.

A team from the Science Museum will provide educational demonstrations for younger visitors.

Organiser Simon Fell said: “We’re delighted to bring a wealth of talent from across the creative sphere to Alexandra Park and Palace.”

The festival takes place on July 21 and tickets start at £40 for adults and £15 for children.
