If all that wintry weather is getting you down, why not head along to the new monthly night curated by Secret Garden Party – the perfect way to revel in summer festival nostalgia and drum up enthusiasm for the season ahead.

Held at The Lexington in Angel – the de facto common room for bands and industry types in the capital – in conjunction with the folks from Early Doors Disco, Raiders of the Last Tube will pioneer new artists very much in the same way as the summer festival.

The series kicks off tonight with sets from 21-year-old singer/songwriter Annie Eve and 2013 ‘one to watch’ Arlissa.

In an attempt to promote the idea of grown up gigging – that of the best emerging talent, dancing, eating and drinking whilst still making it to your 8am meeting with a clear head – Raiders of the Last Tube are collaborating with London’s king of the burger MEATliquor, with everything wrapped up by 11.30pm.

Tickets cost £5 and future events will be held on February 14, March 14, April 11, May 9, June 13 and July 11.  For more information click here, or visit thelexington.co.uk.
