Not far from home: Wireless brings the likes of Calvin Harris, J. Cole and Chase & Status to Finsbury Park

Wireless returns to Finsbury Park this weekend, with headliners including Chase & Status, recently jilted Calvin Harris and Boy Better Know.

Norweigan hitmaker Kygo, who earlier this year told the Standard he hopes to move on from Tropical House, is also set to make an appearance on Sunday.

It was revealed earlier this week that festival organisers have put 'airport-style' metal detectors on entrances in a bid to keep the festival as peaceful and safe as possible.

The essentials

Wireless Festival takes place in Finsbury Park on July 8-10. On Friday, live music will run from 1:30pm to 10:30pm. Saturday and Sunday both begin a little earlier, at 11:30am, with things wrapping up on Saturday at 10:30pm and 10pm on Sunday.
