Comedy icons Steve Martin and Martin Short are teaming up for a new UK tour in 2020.

The pair will bring The Funniest Show in Town at the Moment to the UK and Ireland, beginning in Glasgow on March 9 and concluding in Birmingham on March 18.

The run also includes two shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall on March 14 and 15. Tickets go on sale at 10am on this Friday and can be bought here.

“The UK represents more to us than a long flight. It is the comedy motherland,” Martin said of the tour.

Short added: “There are so many brilliant British Shorts. And as we all know, “It's better to have loved a Short than never to have loved a tall.”

Martin and Short have been touring together since 2016. Their current show, which features a mix of standup, live music and character comedy, was previously filmed for a Netflix special in 2018. Watch the trailer below.
