A cold wind will blow into the West End as the Frozen musical arrives.
The hit film’s sequel reignited Frozen fever last year and now theatre fans are waiting with bated breath for Disney’s most popular animated story to come to the stage.
Frozen has been created by the same team behind the film – a book by Jennifer Lee and music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez – with brand new songs created especially for the show.

Priority booking opened at the end of January 2020 and tickets are set to go on general sale on March 6.
When and where is Frozen running?
Frozen will begin previews in October 2020 at Theatre Royal Drury Lane (which will be renamed The Lane when it opens following refurbishment).
What is Frozen the musical about?
Frozen tells the story of sisters Anna and Elsa, whose kingdom is stuck in an endless winter because of Elsa's magical ability to turn things to ice and snow. The film went on to become the highest-grossing animated film of all time and won two Academy Awards.
Who is in the cast for Frozen the musical?
Samantha Barks - whose stage credits include Pretty Woman and Les Misérables - is set to star as Elsa in the West End show.
Further casting is yet to be announced, but open auditions took place over the summer to fill the lead roles of Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, Hans and Duke of Weselton.
The show features choreography by Rob Ashford, set and costume design by Christopher Oram, lighting design by Neil Austin, sound design by Peter Hylenski, video design by Finn Ross, puppet design by Michael Curry, and musical supervision and arrangements by Stephen Oremus.
