Britain's Got Talent 2018: Amanda Holden throws water at act Marty Putz after her and Alesha Dixon are drenched by routine

The judge was less than impressed

Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden stormed on stage to throw water over an act after all four judges were soaked by a routine - and covered in toilet paper.

As part of funnyman Marty Putz’s act, water rained down from the set above drenching Holden and fellow stars Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.

The act then concluded with the performer blowing toilet paper at Cowell and Walliams who were covered under the paper.

Seizing the opportunity to get out, Holden and Dixon made a quick dash for it to try dry off but Holden wasn’t letting Putz get away with it quite so easily.

As Cowell joked that this “wasn’t what he signed up for”, Holden ran up on stage and threw marshmallows from the act at Putz, as well as water to soak him right back.

Back in her seat, the 47-year-old said: “I'm going to send you the dry-cleaning bill.

“It's clowning at its best. Somewhere, somebody enjoyed that!”

Earlier in the evening, viewers were left amused as the show poked fun at itself by bringing back the bewildered looking crew member in the programme opener.

Britain’s Got Talent continues on ITV at 9.30pm, with the last semi-final on Friday at 7.30pm.
