Sair Khan said she was feeling “really good” despite getting the boot from the I'm A Celebrity jungle on Monday night.

The Coronation Street actress said it felt “weird to be outside” as she became the third famous face to be evicted Down Under.

She told hosts Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby: “I can’t believe I’ve been in there for over two weeks - it’s crazy.

“I felt like I was in the television watching I’m a Celeb. I got in there and I felt a weird emotion. It took me a few days to calm down.

“I was lumped in with the boys and that took me a while to get my head around. As time went on it got easier.

“I can’t believe I got to do so much, I’m so proud of myself.”

Khan added that she found “being away from her friends and family” the toughest part of her jungle experience.

Khan was eliminated from camp after receiving the fewest public votes, finding herself in the bottom two with fellow actress Emily Atack.

Noel Edmonds became the first celebrity to leave camp on Friday night followed by Malique Thompson-Dwyer on Sunday.
