The doors to the Love Island villa have swung open for another year with 11 singletons ready to find 'The One' under the Spanish sun.

In brand new pictures, ITV have given us our first look at the 11 stars as they couple up in the famous villa, hoping to be paired with the one who has caught their eye the most.

Among the line-up revealed last week is Danny Dyer’s daughter Dani Mas Dyer, A&E doctor Alex George and West End performer Samira Mighty.

In the photos, cabin crew Laura Anderson, model Hayley Hughes, retail manager Kendall Rae-Knight, barmaid Dyer and stage star Mighty arrive in their swimwear for the first coupling up.

The six guys, Niall Aslam, Adam Collard, Eyal Booker, Wes Nelson, Jack Fincham alongside Dr George will hope to couple up with one of the girls and not be left single come the end of the episode.

The budding reality stars will be staying in the luxurious villa in Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, Majorca, for the show – hoping to move in for the entire eight week run.

As expected, the property, located at the top of a bumpy track, has had a makeover for the new residents, notably the shift to blue swimming-pool themed decor.

Lining the walls in the shared bedroom are pictures of pool floats and blue carpet and motivational messages such as “get grafting” and “crack on” are sprawled across interiors around the villa.

The Beach Hut, of course, has returned in all its glory - ready for more tears and tantrums - and the Hideaway has toned down its gold appearance from last year in favour of a more demure look.

Love Island starts Monday 4 June at 9pm on ITV2.
