Caroline Flack has revealed that she “can’t wait” for Danny Dyer to appear on Love Island spin-off show Aftersun as she says that she “can’t confirm” what his daughter could get up to in the villa, warning viewers to “expect the unexpected”.

Dani Mas Dyer , 21, was announced as one of this year’s Love Island contestants earlier this week and will enter the Majorcan villa next week when the eight-week series kicks off.

The 21-year-old has confirmed that she has spoken to her famous dad, who plays Mick Carter in EastEnders, about any on-screen antics although she has ruled out having sex on screen.

But Flack, who presents the popular show, has warned that the barmaid could get “carried away” as has been seen in the past but she can’t wait for the prospect of interview her actor father on the sister show, airing Sunday nights.

Speaking to ITV’s Lorraine via video link, Flack said: “I don’t know. You get carried away sometimes don’t you, when you fall in love? Especially when you’re on holiday in the moment, with the sun…

“I mean, I can’t confirm or deny that she will. You don’t know what’s going to happen once you hit the villa. It’s up to her really, isn’t it? It’s her decision

“I think my dad would be the same. I think it’s great. I can’t wait to get Danny Dyer on [spin-off] Aftersun.”

The newly-engaged presenter also confirmed this year’s change to smoking on the show, explaining that islanders will need to light up outside on their own.

She said: “The only rule change we’ve got, is the fact that there’s no smoking in the villa. If they want to smoke they’ll have to come outside on their own to an area.

“We don’t want to make it like a social thing, because they all gather together and then you start smoking, we don’t want that on TV anyway, it’s not nice. So there’s no smoking in the villa.”

Yesterday, ITV revealed the first look images of the villa, redecorated with a swimming pool theme for the new residents.

Love Island begins Monday 4 June at 9pm on ITV2.
