Art world descends on London
With artwork from places as diverse as Australia, Russia, Japan, Africa, China, Poland and Ireland on sale, the 20/21 International Art Fair promises to live up to its name.
The 53 exhibitors feature renowned artists such as Modigliani, Matisse and Chagall, plus contemporary favourites David Hockney and Damien Hirst.
Other highlights include an unusual shell collage of Horatio Nelson by Italian Enrico Baj, embroidered wall-hangings from South Africa and rare aboriginal pictures from the Gondi tribe in central India.
The event will be opened by art historian and broadcaster Simon Schama at midday on Thursday.
