The buzz: A slice of America comes to the heart of Chelsea with cute waitresses in Daisy Dukes, blues on the stereo and old-fashioned US grub.

The deal: The NYC-look (exposed brick, bare-filament lamps) might be old news in east London but this trendy place sticks out — in a good way — in Chelsea. The cocktails were good: lots are whiskey-based if you’re a fan of the dark stuff. And they’re well-priced at £7.50.

Good for: Chelsea types tired of the area’s swanky bars and gastro pubs.

Order: The Shrub (gin, preserved fruits and soda water) — the latest “It” drink from across the pond — was sweet and refreshing. Or the Marmalade Margherita was very zingy.

By the way: They do brunch at weekends.
