Seven at Brixton: Hurrah! Very cheap and not terrible

Let’s cut to the quick: you can get a mojito here for £5.50, and it’s not terrible! Bravo Seven, who keep it simple with tapas, cocktails and a respectable wine list.

Everything is cheap – plenty of glasses are less than a fiver – but it’s all decent; the Gambas (King Prawns sauteed in butter, garlic and chilli) are a gorgeous little treat and their whitebait is delicious too. Oh, and you can get sherry for £3, so do.
