The huge sign adorning this Dorset Street boozer declares itself as the “oldest pub in Marylebone”, and it has a right to be proud of its 18th century origins.

Back in the day, The Barley Mow was a favourite spot amongst farmers travelling into the city to sell goods, before Marylebone became the stylish cosmopolitan area we know today. There’s a good range of sandwiches and pies available from the kitchen too, making it a good option for lunch in the area.
