The Punchbowl review: Glamorous country-style Mayfair pub

A stylish venue in West London once owned by Guy Ritchie
Guy Ritchie's old boozer: The Punchbowl in Mayfair
Harry Fletcher10 December 2017

The Punchbowl gained a reputation as one of the trendiest pubs in London in 2008, thanks to the fact Guy RItchie bought it and opened its doors to a celeb clientele.

However, it’s one of the oldest boozers in Mayfair, and has been serving customers in W1J since 1750. These days, this glamorous, country-style boozer is known for good beer, great whiskies and fine-dining.

They also brew their own bitter - the Punchbowl 1750 ale - which is well worth a try. If you feel like visiting one of the most-talked about pubs in west London, with real style, then the Punch Bowl is a great choice.
