Hammersmith gastropub: The Thatched House in W6

The slightly imposing all black building at 115 Dalling Road is home to one of the best gastropubs you’ll find in Hammersmith.

Inside, the 19th century pub has the feel of an up-market country boozer, and the decor mixes classic pub aesthetics with a more contemporary style. The cask options and guest ales are always worth checking out, but it’s the assured and extensive wine list where the pub really excels.
