SATURDAY

My first stop is Ten Pilates in Ladbroke Grove for some ‘Cardiolates’ action - I normally can’t move for two days afterwards but I’m told it’s good for me...

Then it's up to the Golborne Road, which has great cafes and always a good vibe. It's home to my two favourite shops: Kokon To Zai, Rellik, and also home to Pizza East Portobello, where I might be tempted for lunch!

Afterwards I love to drift south on a Saturday to Borough Market, because it combines two of my favourite activities: market shopping and eating. I’m a particularly big fan of the falafel stand - I might even be tempted to a second lunch.

For nighttime activities, La Bodega Negra in Soho is my new favourite restaurant/hangout. It’s Mexican AKA delicious - it's all about the Tacos and Margaritas. And you enter via a sex shop...

My friend, the DJ Sunday Girl and I, host a night called ‘Ooh La La’ at WYLD in the W Hotel every few months and that is about as much nightclubbing I can handle these days. But for a quiet-ish after dinner drink I’ll pop in to The Groucho Club is for a Vodka Soda and some eye candy. Or The Scotch in St James. Both equally fun.

SUNDAY

Sunday breakfasts always roll into lunch at Granger & Co on Westbourne Grove...

Afterwards it’s a walk to the top of Primrose Hill en route to Scrabble times at the Lansdowne pub.

After I scare everyone with my competitiveness, the day of food continues with mezze at Lemonia, my favourite Greek that I’ve been going to since forever.

Lemonia, 89 Regent's Park Rd, NW1 8UY, 020 7586 7454, lemonia.co.uk

If I’m in the mood for some culture in the afternoon - The Royal Academy of Arts or The Saatchi Gallery are always a sure fire hit. I used to visit the Saatchi weekly when it was on Boundary Road and leave amazed every time. I was an emo teenager... Too much info?

The Saatchi Gallery, Duke of York's Sq, SW3 4RY, 020 7811 3081, saatchi-gallery.co.uk

My best friend is obsessed with smoking shisha so it’s always a toss up/argument between going to Ghalyoun in Maida Vale or a movie at the cozy Everyman Cinema (in Maida Vale or on Baker Street).
