Lords and Ladies of Misrule, you are hereby invited by the Goblin King to his annual night of revelry and mischief. For one night only miscreants and misfits rule at his masquerade ball in the Old Vic Tunnels.
Come as whatever you fancy from the Goblin King’s kingdom: bad faeries, goblins, nymphs and other creatures of the night. At this ‘Theatre of Trolls’ themed party, fools become princes for a night. Make merry, temp, seduce and be wanton – it all goes here at the suitable subterranean venue near Waterloo station.
Curated by Guerilla Zoo, this immersive party is a fantastical way to kickstart the May bank holiday this Friday. You’ll be surrounded and serenaded by jaw dropping performances of every nature and in every corner: incredible feats of aerial acrobatics, interactive cabaret, fire performaces, promenade theatre, circus acts with a twist….the list goes on.
There will even be a Goblin marketplace selling mythical trinkets and captured humans and a screening of cult classic film Troll Hunter.
This wild night of mischief will rage on until the small hours to the soundtrack of DJs – just watch you don’t bump into the many gruesome sculptures as you twist and grind on the dancefloor. Explore your darker side.
