Down the cakehole: Festive feasting

6 December 2012

Up for a feast? There is a triple round of Christmas ones this weekend. In Islington Square from today, Feast rounds up some of the best of London’s restaurants and street food.

Then there is the #EatMeUp app launch party taking place in Old Street. And if you have present-buying still to do, there is Taste of Christmas at the ExCel Centre from tomorrow. Jamie Oliver, Jun Tanaka and Mary Berry will be giving their top tips for Christmas cooking, but look out for Lily Turner, co-founder of Yumyumtreefudge.com, selling homemade fudge in winter flavours like liquorice, ginger, chilli chocolate (left) or lavender for £3/100g bag.
