What does fine dining mean to you? Stuffy club-style rooms and starched white table cloths? That's all set to change with Supper, a new high-end delivery service launching on September 7 that will bring food from London's finest restaurants right to your door - think Deliveroo with added Michelin-stars.

So far 19 restaurants have signed up to the service, including Michelin-starred Indian restaurants Tamarind and Benares in Mayfair, as well as wood-fired pizzeria Bocconcino and three popular Chinese restaurants including Jay Rayner's favourite, Barshu.

Also on the books is Soho seafood restaurant Randall & Aubin and City steakhouse, M.

To complete the restaurant at home experience, Supper's in-house sommelier service will offer a carefully curated list of wine, prosecco and champage to match to each dish.

But how will your food arrive in tip-top Michelin-worthy condition? That's where technology comes in. Supper will use state of the art Japanese bikes holding bespoke boxes, which are thermally lined and kept at a constant temperature. Each vehicle can carry enough food for 20 diners, so it could be a sneaky way to cater your next dinnery party. Each of Supper's drivers will be impeccably dressed in slick uniforms and the food will be packaged in stylishly branded bags to complete the five-star experience.
