Ahi Poké are giving away 50 free Psycle classes everyday for a month

Christmas is about indulgence, but come January, there's a good chance those jeans could be feeling a bit tight.

Raw fish connoisseurs Ahi Poké have teamed up with spinning fanatics Psycle London to kick start your 2018 fitness regime.

From 15 January, the limited edition Psycle Bowl will go on sale at all Ahi Poké locations for one month, and the first 50 customers to pick up the dish every day will get a free spinning class at Psycle.

The bowl has been specially designed by Psycle CEO and nutritionist Rhian Stephenson, who has packed it full of goodness with kale, marinated tofu, pickled ginger, kimchi cucumber, coconut roasted sweet potato, burnt corn, coriander and a Green tahini dressing.

Both Ahi Poké and Psycle will be opening up new locations in the new year, in Bloomberg Arcade and Spitalfields respectively.

So enjoy that eighth mince pie of the week – the health kick starts in January, honest.
