Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor – he’s not only the most talked about baby in the country right now, but he can also now get free dishes at popular restaurant chains.

Despite not yet being on solid foods, the newest member of the Royal family can already pick up complimentary dishes from the likes of Itsu and Frankie and Benny's.

In fact, any Archie can do just that this week.

Japanese-inspired sushi spot Itsu will be offering a free dish to anyone who shares the regal name with the firstborn son of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. On May 9, all Archies who show their ID at the till will be able to get their hands on a complimentary portion of the aptly named “itsu avo baby rolls” dish. The snack consists of avocado slices wrapped in sushi rice and nori.

According to the Twitter account of New York-style restaurant Frankie and Benny’s, the restaurant chain is also offering meal on the house today (May 8) to anyone named Archie, providing they can show their ID to restaurant staff

Despite all the freebies, not all Archies in the world are pleased with the baby name choice. Deputy national editor of the Guardian, Archie Bland, asked on Twitter if there was “anyone he could appeal to about this”.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex revealed the name of their baby son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, in an Instagram post this afternoon. The baby was born on May 6 at 5.26am and is the seventh in line to the throne.
