Busaba eathai (it is irritating when a logo dispenses with capital letters) is a restaurant that aims to fast-foodify Thai food in the same way that chain noodle bars have rationalised Japanese food. busaba succeeds - sound Thai food at sensible prices, even if it does labour under a deluge of cod philosophy.
