Tom's Table at Harrods: Tom Kerridge to pop-up in London

Two Michelin-starred chef to launch counter-dining pop-up in the capital

Tom Kerridge, the familiar face behind Marlow’s two Michelin-starred gastropub The Hand & Flowers, is to pop-up in London for a week during November.

He has been named as the ‘chef of the season’ at Harrods, which means the department store will be stocking a number of items created by the chef for customers to buy – including the above goose pie. To coincide with this he will run a temporary restaurant in the food hall from November 2-8.

Named Tom’s Table, it will offer a counter-dining experience and serve three courses for £59. This is roughly the same price as eating at The Hand & Flowers – the only pub in the UK to have won two Michelin stars – where there are currently no dinner reservations available until April 2016.

Starters at the pop-up will include a game and mushroom terrine with dill, pickles and toasted sourdough along with crispy pig’s head with sweet date sauce, pancetta and chickweed. Mains feature spiced monkfish with roasted cauliflower purée, homemade raisins and ver jus as well as a venison chilli with puffed rice and chocolate. And desserts include a chocolate and ale mousse as well as a whisky and rye pudding.
