Pop-rocker Gwen Stefani and country crooner Blake Shelton have bought a new-build mansion on a 1.6-acre estate in Encino, in LA’s San Fernando Valley, for £10.7 million.

The 13,000sq ft home, designed by developer Evan Gaskin, was originally listed at £11.3 million but the music power couple managed to negotiate the price down.

They are currently in lockdown on Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma but once they have the green light they will be moving into their new place in California.

It comes with a luxurious outdoor space including a large swimming pool with a spa, a huge cabana, wet bar and outdoor kitchen.

Stefani has sold the Beverly Hills mansion she used to own with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, frontman of British rock band Bush, while Shelton sold the Tennessee residence he owned with ex-wife Miranda Lambert in 2017.
