If you've read any of the Beatrix Potter books as a child, then you'll be familiar with Peter Rabbit, the mischievous bunny who is always up to no good.

First created by the author and illustrator in 1893 for the five-year-old son of a former governess, The Tale of Peter Rabbit was published in 1902.

It follows the story of Peter as he is chased around Mr McGregor's garden.

Beatrix Potter wrote 23 children's books in total, with The Tale of Peter Rabbit being her most well-known.

It's all about the bunnies: the new Peter Rabbit film comes out in the UK on March 16

And now, with a new Peter Rabbit film coming out in cinemas this month, the character is fast becoming a favourite character for a new generation of children, just in time for Easter.

The film stars James Corden, Rose Byrne, Domhnall Gleeson, Margot Robbie and Daisy Ridley and comes out in cinemas on March 16.

Plus, with Easter coming up soon, there's no better time to fill your house with rabbits.

Why not take your pick from a bunny table decoration or a collector's Peter Rabbit toy; a classic apron design based on Mr McGregor's garden or a sweet ceramic rabbit lamp.

Take a look at our pick of the best rabbit decorations, interiors and homeware ready for Easter.
