A Cotswolds lakeside house with interiors by Jade Jagger is on the market for £1.15 million, with a reduction of £100,000.

The London-based jewellery designer put her stamp on the eco-friendly home when she owned it. It’s all laid-back chic, with white walls, white resin floors and a sleek black lacquer snug. Rocker Sir Mick’s daughter called it “über modern with a sense of theatre”.

Double doors off the dining area open to a south-facing 40ft deck over the water, with views of Warrens Cross Lake, Lechlade. On the market with Knight Frank, it would be a dream retreat for Londoners.

Laid-back chic: a log fire, underfloor heating and double-glazing make the property a year-round retreat
