Acquisitor buys into Baltimore

ACTIVIST investment firm Acquisitor has bought shares in Baltimore Technologies, the former FTSE 100 tech star soon to become a cash shell, and Nettec, the former web designer with the same strategy. Acquisitor has 2.7m shares or 4.4% of Baltimore after buying 780,000 last week. It also bought 1.25m shares in cash-rich Nettec so holds 13.3m or 11% of the company.
