All change at FirstGroup board

IAIN Lanaghan, 48, finance director of bus and train combine FirstGroup, is quitting in May for a new job and will be replaced by Dean Finch who runs the group's rail interests.

His role goes to ex-Anglia Railways boss Jeremy Long, but not as a board post. Chief operating officer Mike Mitchell, 56, retires next year and his position will be scrapped.

Instead, bus chief David Leeder, 38, joins the board.
