Back from the dead canoeist's sons refuse to visit parents in prison

The sons of "missing" canoeist John Darwin are refusing to visit their parents in jail.

Mark and Anthony Darwin publicly disowned the pair after learning of their alleged fraud over their father's disappearance in an apparent sea tragedy in 2002.

Anne Darwin, 55, last week pleaded with her sons to forgive her and visit her in prison.

But Shelley Tilley, the mother of Anthony Darwin's wife Louise, said neither had been to visit them in Hartlepool jail.
