Benfield seeking £100m in float

SHARES in Benfield will begin trading on 18 June with the reinsurer seeking to raise £100m through the flotation. Benfield, built up by the late Chelsea football club director Matthew Harding, hopes to come to market with a price tag of £500m to £660m. Shares held by its directors will be locked in for six months.
