Couple track lost property on web

12 April 2012

A desperate couple who had a rare gargoyle stolen from their garden are trying to track it down - using the internet.

Paul and Julie Rostron have set up wheresthatgargoyle.com in a bid to find their treasured one-foot-high stone statue. The £300 carving - which was a wedding present - went missing from outside their home in Kingswood, Bristol two weeks ago.

Accountant Julie, 26 said "The idea of a website is a bit silly but we are hoping someone might come across it who has seen our gargoyle."
