Green sells United Utilities shares

GAM's recovery expert Andrew Green, AAA-rated by Citywire, sold 157,000 United Utilities shares, leaving 553,000 in his GAM UK Diversified unit trust. He originally bought in August following a sharp fall in the water company's shares to 460p after a £1bn rights issue and would have sold at 473p-485p. His sale comes despite a recent Ofwat ruling allowing bill increases next year.
