Hidden depths of Olympic swim athletes

A play exploring the challenge of becoming an Olympic swimmer is based on the testimonies of former athletes.

Amphibians, by Steve Waters, will have its premiere in part of the abandoned Victorian swimming pool beneath the Bridewell Theatre off Fleet Street, accompanied by underwater footage of former Olympian Adrian Turner. The play runs from January 4-28.
