Intelligent Energy turns to AIM

INTELLIGENT Energy, a hydrogen-derived fuel cell maker, is gearing up to raise between £40m and £60m through a share placing on the Alternative Investment Market.

The company was founded by chief executive Dr Harry Bradbury, and its directors include non-executive chairman Sir John Jennings, former chairman of Shell Transport & Trading, and Lord David Owen, chairman of Yukos International UK.
