'Serious party boy' Harry draws a blank in Croatia

Running short: Prince Harry reportedly had to borrow money from his bodyguards
12 April 2012

Prince Harry has been linked with some of London's most eligible young women. But he has been brought down to earth on an alleged drunken night out in Croatia.

Marketing manager Sanja Britt Jusic, 33, claimed the 26-year-old was cold-shouldered by girls at nightclub Veneranda on the Adriatic island of Hvar and said he repeatedly threw himself into the club's water feature - and then had to ask his bodyguards to buy drinks when he ran out of money.

She said: "At first nobody knew who he was. He kept on going up to tables of girls and standing there, trying to talk with them. But they weren't bothered at all as they didn't know who he was. When the girls realised, they started dancing and flirting with him. He was kissing lots of them, not on the lips though."

Miss Jusic added: "He is a serious party boy and just wanted to go wild. I was worried about him slipping and hurting himself or catching a cold, so I gave him one of the T-shirts we sell in our shop."

Miss Jusic added: "He went straight to the bar and ordered shots for everyone. At one point, he didn't have any more money. One of his security guards gave him 200 kuna (£24) and he just threw the change on the bar."
