51 Lime Street - Lord Foster's ?425 million scheme received planning permission following a positive report by Cabe.

Stratford City - one of the biggest planning applications ever submitted in the UK. Plans for the 180-acre site include a 50-storey skyscraper and 4,500 new homes. No fewer than six Cabe commissioners have links with this scheme through Stanhope. It is still under consideration.

Selfridges redevelopment - a senior Cabe commissioner worked with Stanhope on the plans for the redesign of the Oxford Street landmark. The new owners have shelved the scheme.
