Third arrest over death of teenage girl shot at Hackney takeaway

A third man was being questioned today in connection with the death of a 16-year-old girl who was shot in the neck at a takeaway restaurant.

Agnes Sina-Inakoju was standing with a group of friends inside the Hoxton Chicken and Pizza fast food outlet in Hoxton Street, Hackney, when a shot was fired through the window shortly after 7pm on Wednesday last week. She died in hospital on Friday morning.

A 21-year-old man was arrested by detectives yesterday and is being held at a central London police station.

A 16-year-old boy arrested on Saturday has been bailed until June.

Leon Dunkley, 21, from east London, appeared at City of Westminster magistrates' court on Tuesday charged with murder. He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey.
