Topping up at Topps Estates

PAUL Mumford of Cavendish Asset Management and tycoon David Kirch have increased their holdings in property company Tops Estates.

Mumford has built an 80,000-share stake for the Cavendish Opportunities fund, giving it 0.17% of the £120m company. Kirch bought 25,000 shares this month to increase his holding to 2.26m shares or 4.95%.
