What would you eat for your last supper?

My mum’s Jamaican chicken, rice and peas.

What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?

‘Keep going, you’re doing well.’

What last made you cry?

The film Ghost.

What keeps you up at night?

Life: it takes me ages to get to sleep.

When have you felt at your sexiest?

Putting on the Patrick Swayze act when I did ‘Dirty Dancing’ on Strictly.

What’s the funniest thing you’ve read about yourself?

When the papers said I’d split up with my girlfriend to go out with Kimberley Walsh.

Who do you want to apologise to?

My best friend Bob who’s in Australia. I still haven’t been out to visit him. Sorry, Bob.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

The computer game Call of Duty.

What has been your greatest mistake?

I try not to think too much about mistakes and concentrate on the positives.

What are you most proud of?

My three Olympic medals.

Who would play you in the film of your life?

Cuba Gooding Jr, or Jaden Smith because he’d probably be able to do all the gym moves.

What did you buy with your first pay cheque?

A VW Polo for £1,500 when I was 17.

What’s been your biggest fashion mistake?

Strictly dressed me in some crazy outfits.

What’s your life philosophy?

‘What I deserve I earn’, which is tattooed across my back.

What’s your desert island boxset?

The Walking Dead.

Is there a book that changed the way you thought about things?

I’ve only ever read one book and that’s the one I’ve just published.
