Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt went their separate ways in 2005 after seven years together, four of them married.
Pitt and his second wife, Angelina Jolie, split two years ago after 12 years together. Aniston and her second husband, Justin Theroux, split just over a year ago after seven years together.
Pitt, 55, appears to have made a reappearance in Aniston’s life in recent months. He reportedly snuck into her 50th birthday party in L.A. back in February, dodging the paparazzi outside Sunset Tower. Then reports surfaced that Brad Pitt was planning to purchase his and Aniston’s old marital home in Los Angeles as a gift to his former wife.
The Beverly Hills home the couple shared before their divorce was a dream house for both of them, but was then put on the market when they split. A source close to the actress claimed, “losing their dream home worsened the heartache of their divorce and it was one of her biggest regrets not buying Brad out.”
The report suggested Pitt had agreed to drop $79 million on the home for Aniston after the two spent time reminiscing on their days in the house.
But Brad and Jen: The Big Reunion fans had better put away their popcorn. A rep for Pitt told The Sun the rumors were false.
Brad and Jen might not be be rekindling their romance in their old home but the 12,000 square foot, modern estate is filled with natural light and still on the market for $56 million.
