Last night, Beyoncé and Jay Z proved that they are back and more Crazy In Love than ever as they performed the first date of their joint tour, On The Run II, in Cardiff.

Back in March, the husband and wife's tour tickets sold out within seconds, many excited to hear the duos number one tracks, see the power couple in the flesh, and, after Beyoncé's history-making Coachella performance, see what Bey's tour wardrobe had in store.

The answer? Several show-stopping outfits, of course.

Outfit 1: the dazzling opening number

For their grand entrance, Bey's ensemble was nothing short of blinding.

The pair both wore custom LaQuan Smith, with Jay Z looking dapper in an all-white suit paired teamed with a massive silver medallion, and Bey shining in a crystal-covered chainmail ensemble.

The New York-based designer created one of the performer's signature bodysuits, plus a matching blazer and sheer mask, which mysteriously covered half the singer's face. Nice try B, but we know it's you.

Outfit 2: head-toe-toe Gucci

Beyoncé's next ensemble was unmistakably Gucci. The brand's recognisable monogram print adorned a pair of £1,240 over-the-knee boots and matching hooded bomber jacket.

As if those items weren't statement enough, the 36-year-old chose to accessorise her white top and denim shorts with a bedazzled body chain and fishnet balaclava, again by Gucci.

Next came yet another eye-catching number, as Bey quickly changed into a red cheetah print body, which also boasted a matching bomber jacket.

Her choice of accessories were again rather unusual; a black body harness was fastened around the mum-of-three's waist.

Outfit 4: the metallic masterpiece

If you thought Bey's first outfit was blinding, think again.

The star truly outdid herself when she stepped on stage wearing an iridescent sequin-covered trench coat, which cascaded down to the floor.

She then ditched the outerwear, revealing a full-on metallic masterpiece. The outfit consisting of a long-sleeved bodysuit, over-the-knee boots and oversized jacket, each with the same rainbow prism finish.

Outfit 5: PVC perfection

Beyoncé is no stranger to donning a dash of PVC, so we weren't surprised when she changed into this shiny black number by Thierry Mugler.

What did, however, catch our attention was the addition of PVC covered chaps.

Yep, this is definitely a look only Queen B can pull off.

Outfit 6: The chic evening gown

Finally, Beyoncé and Jay Z went for smart black tie attire.

Beyoncé stunned in a black gown with glitter specks and ruffled train, which would not look out of place on the red carpet.

So, we think it's fair to say that Queen B just proved she can pull off anything. Chaps? Tick. Balaclava? Tick. Dancing around for two and a hour hours yet still look 100 per cent flawless? Most definitely, tick.
