Model Ella Richards believes she was destined for a career in fashion after making her debut at just 18 months old - alongside Kate Moss.
Richards will walk for Burberry at London Fashion Week on Monday after becoming the face of the label this year, aged 18.
She is the granddaughter of Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and model Anita Pallenberg. Her father is Nineties model and graphic artist Marlon Richards. Her mother is model Lucie de La Falaise - whose own mother, Maxime, was a muse to designer Elsa Schiaparelli.
Aged “about one and a half”, Ella appeared in an impromptu shoot for W Magazine by Bruce Weber at his home in upstate New York in a bathtub next to her mother and Moss. She regularly tagged along to her mother’s shoots as a child before starting to model herself at weekends and in school holidays.

Richards told ES Magazine’s deluxe edition: “I never feel self-conscious or strange with cameras and I always thought being photographed was quite nice really."
"It’s not so much that this stuff is in my genes, but more that I am just so used to it. I have had cameras and photo shoots around me for as long as I can remember.”
Signed to leading agency Storm, she features in a Burberry campaign shot by Mario Testino and has graced the runway for Prada, Valentino, Calvin Klein, Fendi, Sonia Rykiel, Erdem and Topshop.
But despite her starry heritage, Richards says she is still subjected to regular teen teasing. “My friends call me Bambi or Giraffe. I am awkward and I am always bumping in to things.”
