There's no need to be ashamed, we all are. Instagram is addictive. We're not sure how, we're not sure why, but there's something about that two-dimensional glimpse into someone else's life that is entirely captivating.
What's even more intriguing (yes, something is even more stalk-able than your boyfriend's ex-girlfriend's new kitten), is the brief insight we are offered into those lives that it would be impossible to know about otherwise.
Who knew Gisele breast-fed while her three-man glam-squad prepped her for a shoot? And who knew Nicole Richie's hair was such a shambles first thing in the morning? And who knew VICTORIA BECKHAM had the best sense of humour?? Those of you muttering 'who cares?' are in denial.
And it's not just celebrities that provide us with this insight and inspiration. Style bloggers, magazines and online boutique stores have found a whole new meaning to the idea of publicity via the online platform by publishing pictures to get our fashion taste-buds tingling.
