National Television Awards: Rochelle Humes, Amanda Holden and Charlotte Crosby pull out all the stops as we round up the night's best dressed

While there were a heavy handful of stars who disappointed in the style stakes, there were several who stood out for the right reasons

The country's biggest names in television turned out last night for the 2015 National Television Awards, and while several went a little more 'glamour-model' than 'glamor-ous' there were a number of celebrities whose look stood out for all the right reasons.

One of our favourite looks was that of The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes, who gave us all a lesson in Hollywood glamour as she walked the red carped in a incredibly well-fitted strapless red gown featuring a deep plunging neckline and fishtail train. Pinning her brunette hair up loosely, the mother-of-one wore a bold red lip and subtly-defined eyes to complete the dramatic look.

Another favourite was the ever-stunning Amanda Holden. Defying her age entirely at 43, the presenter showed the younger generation exactly how to look glamorous - without going too far - in the black cut-out gown. Despite her less than a-list travel arrangements (she went by tube and we loved it), Amanda walked the red carpet looking entirely immaculate with her hair styled into a sleek up-do and her make-up naturally understated.

Also looking great in black were Alesha Dixon, Lauren Pope and Angela Scanlon, who each put a modern twist on a classic-coloured piece. Geordie Shore star, Charlotte Crosby, looked beautiful in a sequined navy gown and a smoky-eye, while Emmerdale's Sammy Winward looked feminine and elegant in a pale pink look.

Ex-TOWIE star, Lucy Mecklenburgh, showed off her famously enviable figure in a deep pink, fishtail gown. While the fabric may have been a little crinkled-quality-street for us, there is no doubt the star looked striking.

Emma Willis pulled off a busy look well, as the two-tone skirt and embellished cropped-top flattered both her figure and her quirky personality, while Eastenders star and award-winner, Maddy Hill, looked a mile away from her chav-tastic character, as her hair was pulled off her face in a classy up-do and her make-up entirely neutral.
