Born of its founders’ own disastrous renting experiences, Movebubble knows exactly what you want: viewings in two taps, detailed area guides and, crucially, real-time availability so you don’t waste your precious time.
Settled
Settled gets your for sale sign up and your house on to all the right sites. It also liaises with viewers and provides a ton of online support — all for less than £300.
Knocker
It’s been branded the “Tinder of property” but without the danger of receiving highly dodgy images. Working with Zoopla and using GPS, it shows you all the available properties near you. Great for sneaking a peek inside that trillion-quid Mayfair mansion.
Patch Property
It’s Apple Watch-enabled and Patch’s other USP is its excellently designed in-app messaging service, which allows you to confer with your beloved about viewings — or indeed, inform them of your imminent departure.
Roompik
Who cares if you live in a freezing, rat-infested shoebox if you’re with your bae? Roompik helps you not only look for a new pad but new pals, with detailed profiles and pictures of the current residents.
