This week's ES Magazine cover star, music maestro and all round cool guy Mark Ronson has curated a playlist of his favourite tunes to bring in the bank holiday weekend.

Grab a glass of something strong, press play and enjoy...

This Life - Vampire Weekend

A song that make you feel happy with a hint of melancholy. Ezra’s voice is like a warm hug and Danielle Haim brings the grace (I also wrote the bassline, but that's not why I'm nominating it).

Drogba (Joanna) remix ft WizKid - Afro B

I know this has been out for a while but it really only just hit clubs in the US recently, people go off when the DJ plays it.

Cheap Queen - King Princess (not out until May 31)

The lead single from her debut album of the same name. King Princess is one of the most talented youngsters I've ever come across. She writes, produces, sings, plays these amazing songs—all the while playing with gender like it’s silly putty.

Enzo ft Offset, 21 Savage & Gucci Mane - DJ Snake and Sheck Wes

Wild and rowdy. It works so well.

Don’t Leave Me Lonely Tonight - Mark Ronson feat. YEBBA

The emotional cornerstone of my upcoming album. The first song we wrote that let me know we were onto something. YEBBA is one of the greatest vocalists I've ever recorded and she hasn’t even put out her first album yet.

I'm Not Defeated, Pt. II (Honey Dijon's Fiercely Furious Dubstrumental) - Fiorious

A new house tune I discovered courtesy of Jax Jones I played it on Annie Mac’s show recently when we did a back to back.

A Lot - J Cole and 21 Savage

A good hybrid of new school and trap that makes me feel less old.

‘Late Night Feelings’ is out 21 June on Columbia Records
