Dancing on Ice 2014: stars turn out in London to launch final series of celebrity skating show
Former winners and favourites from ITV's celebrity skating competition Dancing on Ice have gathered to launch its final series.
Olympian Beth Tweddle and former Arsenal goalkeeper David Seaman are among the stars set to appear on the show when it begins its final run this Sunday.
Singer Gareth Gates, comic Joe Pasquale and ex-EastEnder Sam Attwater are also in training for the contest.
Speaking on ITV's Daybreak, coaches Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean hinted they might perform their iconic dance Bolero, which they first danced at the Sarajevo Winter Olympics in 1984, to celebrate the series coming to an end.
When asked why they had decided to call time on the show, Torvill said: "I think that was part of it, with it being 30 years since we won the Olympics.
"We just felt this was a good time, finish while everything is going well, and to end on a high."
Bonnie Langford, Waterloo Road actress Zaraah Abrahams, Emmerdale's Hayley Tamaddon and rugby player Kyran Bracken will also feature in the series.
A nationwide tour, starting in March this year, will follow.
